Ashford Formula fills the capillaries of the concrete increasing the density, strength, hardness and, above all, substantially increasing the abrasion resistance and the durability of the concrete surface. The concrete treated with Ashford Formula increases the compressive strength by 38% after 30 days.
Ashford Formula chemically blocks calcium hydroxide, responsible for the accumulation of dust in concrete floors.
As Ashford Formula penetrates the concrete, it neutralizes the alkaline, Forcing them to rise to the surface, where they can be washed during application.
Ashford Formula prepares the treated area for paints, caulking compounds and floor coverings by removing concrete salts from the surface, detrimental to proper fixation. With a single application, the concrete is hardened and permanently sealed for its lifetime and is resistant to oils, greases and other contaminants.
