Is used in the repair of damaged joints. When there are breaks to the edges of the expansion joints, their repair is recommended to a avoid weakening the floor and improving its strength. Road traffic among others can cause breakage in joints of industrial pavements.
In the specific case of cracks, the use of CrackRepair is recommended. It is a cold two-component polyurea which does not require primer. It is a Semirigid material, so that it adapts to the proper movement of the cracks. The ease with which concrete is cracked is a consequence of its low tensile strength and reduced tenacity. Fissures can appear after years, months, weeks, days and even hours and are caused by different causes.
The Cretefill Pro flexible sealing function is to protect the edges of joints, damaged caused by traffic of people or vehicles, as well as others which cause pressure when applied to the expansion joint or a concrete slab. It is a polyurea elastomer, a semi-rigid material that provides flexibility necessary to allow the shrinkage and expansion movements of the concrete.
